At Central Sound, we practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from wisdom tooth surgery to corrective jaw surgery. Dr. Tracy Johnson and Dr. Kevin Smith can also diagnose and treat facial pain and injuries, and perform a full range of dental implant and bone grafting procedures. Both surgeons are national board certified with AAOMS. Our surgical team holds certifications with the State of Washington as Dental Anesthesia Assistants, CPR, ACLS, and DAANCE. We proudly serve Lakewood, Tacoma, Parkland, Puyallup, Steilacoom, DuPont, University Place, Fircrest, Spanaway, Silverdale , Bremerton, Poulsbo, Port Orchard, Belfair and Gig Harbor.

My dentist was really kind and got me in and out with all four wisdom teeth extracted in 30 minutes, however the front desk employee was quite unpleasant and disrespectful.

Thank you so very much ! From the receptionist to the nurses and doctors they made me feel so comfortable and they were all so warm welcoming . Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and they took very good care of me . Thank you again!
