Our lesson was given in the old rundown Manitou School, which was scary enough. Then you add that the teacher is very hard to get a hold of either by phone or email (admitting she only checks once a week). Plus her decision to not teach for the month of March (which we were informed of at last minute) & again deciding not to teach for the whole month of April (again informed last minute). This is not worth the hassle. Definitely DO NOT pay up front, as we paid for a month & only received one lesson. Though we were later told that medical reasons, including my son being sent home from school sick only hours before don't count for an excuse, so she is entitled to my money! Maybe I should have let him go sick & throw up all over during the lesson! Ted Brown has better teachers, as does the Music & Arts Institute!
