**New buyer please read** Would rate zero if possible. I purchased a 2009 Yamaha Vstar 1100 from these guys back in March. I still have yet to receive any plates from the DOL. I called to speak to someone at KFG in April as a follow up and talked to someone that passed my information along. Called/emailed again in May and still nothing to show. My temporary plate expired the first week of May! This morning I called the DOL to see if they can assist me and turns out KFG never submitted any of my paperwork. On top of all of these issues the bike is having mechanical issues and I've only been able to put about 500 miles on it since purchase. Just go elsewhere, I did not listen to the reviews when making my decision so hoping this helps someone avoid trouble down the road.

****UPDATE**** Owner Barry has been very responsive to the issues we were having with the sale of my husbands bike. He has made things right for us and our transaction is considered closed. I appreciate his honesty and vulnerability during this mess and he has proven to be very reliable. Sounds like he will be taking over the business going forward, I wish him the best of luck on his future and the future of the shop.

Absolute terrible experience all around from the minute I walked to the door we felt like we were out of place had my wife suspension reworked for her weight her riding style for her birthday went out on the first ride and the suspension clapped out brought it back to them after driving both ways taking my bike back apart for them to find they installed the bladder wrong they reinstall the new bladder and it has been terrible ever since went to a different suspension guy found that they never even revolved he found that it had stock valves we paid $200 for Gold Series valves they upcharged us a bladder cap which the new guy said wasn't even necessary they put too heavy of a spring on for my wife's weight the valve needle was so far jammed up in the shimstack it had no compression felt like a brick even with my 210 lb self on it it was way over sprung for my wife's little self so story short they charged me $700 for a rear suspension it made it worse made me drive out of my way and made me feel completely taken advantage of. The bladder was completely imploded on itself the technician said they didn't even fill the oil up all the way and the technician felt really bad because he said he has referred people to them and he will not be doing that anymore this place is to be avoided

I fell for the same scam the rest of the customers did in previous reviews. April contacted me asking if they could sell my Ducati on Consignment. After the 3 month agreement was over I repeatedly called to inform them I was coming to get my bike, they finally returned my call saying they sold it. They then said they'd send me the forms to wire the money to my account. I filled it out that day and it's been almost a month since then and I can't reach a soul. No money has been deposited and I wouldn't have even known my bike was sold if I wouldn't have tracked them down. Now I'm going to seek legal action and file a stolen motorcycle report. Once again they are not responding. This company needs a huge class action lawsuit filed on them. * After filing a small claim Barry contacted me the next day and got me paid in full a few days later. I'm a huge supporter of small businesses but this one was grossly mismanaged.
