My husband and I cannot overstate how wonderful it was working with Mark and his partner Tina. Having purchased two homes and selling one prior to the sale/purchase we hired Mark for, we were no strangers to the usual challenges associated with agents who were either inexperienced or taking on too many clients to give us the personalized experience and attention needed to quell the anxieties and uncertainty of this incredibly stressful and time-sensitive process. At no point during our sale and purchase did we feel it was difficult to reach our agents, which was so valuable as key aspects in real estate transactions can easily cause a dream home to slip away unnecessarily! We especially appreciated Mark's no-nonsense style of communication, as we hired him for his experience, not to tell us what he thought we wanted to hear. 2023 was a difficult year to sell or buy a home, but even as the market was shifting right under our feet, Mark was able to expertly navigate this unpredictable market to fetch a fair price for the home we sold, and land us a home much nicer than we hoped we could afford, being on a limited budget. We have been referring all our friends who are ready to buy or sell to Mark with our highest confidence that he can parlay this unfavorable housing market into a golden opportunity for a long term investment or ideal forever home.

Mark is an amazing agent! I have personally bought and sold 5 houses from him and would absolutely recommend him to others. His non pushy demeanor and extensive real estate knowledge makes him an easy choice. To top it off, he always was happy to answer any question I had and always made time for us, even if we were only in town for the weekend. He guided us every step of the way and was always upfront and honest with us. I would highly recommend him to both friends and family!

I have bought 2 homes and sold one, all with the help, guidance and wisdom of Mark Hulen. I first met Mark in 2008 when my ex-husband and I were looking for our first home. He was a breath of fresh air after meeting with countless agents that didnt seem to care about what we really wanted. Mark was so kind and patient, he educated us about the homes we looked at and home buying in general, warned us about red flags he saw with certain homes and really had our best interest at the forefront. I never felt stressed or pressured and he fully explained anything I didnt understand. Years later when I bought a home by myself in 2016, Mark was the first one I reached out to. The way he was in 2008 hadnt changed at all and I knew I was in good hands. When my new husband and I sold our home in 2021, Mark was also the first person I reached out. I have always loved working with him and over the years he has become more of a friend than just an agent. My only complaint is that he doesnt sell homes in Oregon, otherwise Id keep him forever. If you need someone whos patient, down to earth, truly loves people and the work he does, then look no further. Mark Hulen is the best there is. His honesty and integrity is second to none. A rare gem in any industry, but the best when youre planning your future.
