I recommend everyone take this course prior to buying a home. Great pointers on what exactly a consumer should be looking for. The staff was also friendly and accommodating as well. Will definitely be doing business in the future.

I had a class with Cal about buying and selling property where he provided me with his personal experiences and customer experiences. Which provided me a great example and he also provided alot of good information for anyone interested in buying property of what to look at when buying a house, what actually increases your propertys value and appreciation rates. He provides a lot of good information and help.

Great Realtor and even better person. He truly cares about your home buying/selling experience and goes the extra mile to make it even more special. Hell be on time and ready to go on a moments notice. Hes a true professional and very knowledgeable in his field. Also, if youre military you definitely want him as your agent. He knows all the benefits of the VA loan and well use them to your advantage.

Cal is an excellent agent who got me a great deal on my home. He worked to find a home that met my very particular location needs, and we looked at a lot of options. He was always responsive, and even took my phone call while he was on vacation in Hawaii. He negotiated hard and got a lot of concessions from the seller including roof replacement and new plumbing for the house. Then he went above and beyond to make sure everything was functional before I moved in and paid out of pocket for a last minute repair. When I found hardwood under the carpet I realized what he meant about the value underneath. I strongly recommend him!
