I C POKE

Best Poke Ive had in a long time and better than I had during a recent trip to Hawaii. There was a great variety of options at I C Poke. Luis was friendly and his recommendations were top notch. Highly recommend.

I went to a favorite restaurant of mine, expecting great food and service, but was instead overwhelmed by a new gentlemen employee who was rushing through my order as if the kitchen was on fire when there was only me in the restaurant and then proceeded to overcharged me. I was greeted by a sweet lady who put the rice into my to-go bowl. While she was doing that, the gentlemen was turned 180 degrees from me and asked me if I wanted all the ingredients that came with the Eel bowl. I didnt realize he was talking to me and was surprised when he finally turned and then asked it again in a rude tone. I responded I wanted no tofu and a couple of additional veggies. He then took the bowl from the sweet lady and started dumping ingredients in very fast and barely let me get a word in for wanting sauces on the rice and adding a few ingredients. I accidentally stated one of the ingredients that came with the bowl (edamame) and he snarkily said its already apart of the bowl. He proceeds to dump tofu into my bowl to which I reacted and stressfully said, oh no tofu! and his response was to scoop it out and state that its fine. If I had an allergy, that would have been extremely unsafe plus it was inconsiderate of my request that I communicated to him from the start and could have been avoided if he wasnt rushing so fast. He then goes to ring me up and charges me for things that I have never been charged for before as I always get the same thing in my bowl since I have been coming here since 2019. I was in just a week or two ago and was not charged for seaweed salad and two extra toppings! Very disappointed in the service that was provided and will not order anything if that gentlemen is working the next time I crave ICPoke.

I was skeptical when I went in at first, but the spicy tuna was fire! Def try the house sauce and the ponzu sauce. If they have the scallops. Don't skip! And you can get bubble tea!! Fast forward, I've been 3 times in as many days. It's delish!

Our bowls we get from here are always perfect. They have just the right blend of everything and they give a great amount of everything. The crab salad is so good.
