        Joan supported me through my second pregnancy and helped me accomplish a much-hoped for VBAC in 2021 after a complicated delivery with my first. She provided evidence-based care and made me feel empowered and in charge of my own care. She answered all of my questions and made me feel valid and heard. I so appreciated her warm demeanor. Though she wasn't present at my delivery, her support helped me achieve my goal. Joan is a wonderful midwife.
