She is amazing. She was great at explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it. My back feels so much better after seeing her. She was great to talk to as well and overall I really enjoyed my experience

Shes like a little detective, trying to find out exactly whats going on with your body, how the pain started, where the pain really is, how to correct it. She asks questions, she talks through what she notices happening with your body as she massages. She seems to really care and want to help. It was really helpful for me when she would tell me to take a deep breath and relax a certain muscle. I loved the guidance. Ive been to a lot of massage therapists and never had an experience like this. Simply put, shes the best. The only downside is you may have to wait a while for your initial visit, shes good at what she does so shes pretty far booked out but I promise its worth the wait.
