I give the 3 stars because they are a cool company that will give 1st time investors an opportunity. But... but the language barrier (no offense) sometimes interferes. Tan was my rep, and I feel like he dropped the ball a couple of times. This box isn't long enough to explain. I didn't have a meeting about DP, loan, payments, or exit plan. But I'm glad that I have my 1st investment property because of them.

I just closed with Pacific Equity & Loan and I must confess working with Aki Gabilo and his team was awesome from start to finish and Im going to be doing more deals with this lender for sure.
