Xfinity Store by Comcast Branded Partner

Had a great customer service experience here. The gentleman here did exactly what i asked for immediately. Didn't try to upsell me like the other xfinity center in the area. Didnt forget my coaxial cable like the other xfinity center in the area. Didn't waste over an hour of my time like their xfinity chat service accomplishing nothing. You are the only bright spot in xfinitys customer service. Thank you!

If I could give negative stars I would. I am paying for the most expensive plan, I am consistently getting less than half the speed I'm paying for and they keep changing my bill from $80 to $90. I've called about this and the connection four times. Yet somehow, I still never have more than half the speed that I pay for and the bill is constantly raised that $10. It is near impossible to get ahold of a live agent. Xfinifty basically steals money and provides no customer service. I dislike everything about xfinifty, do not go to them for wifi.

The service constantly drops and when you call customer service they put you on hold for 10 minutes and then they just hang up on you getting to a human when you call them in the first place is damn near impossible because the recording talks so slow and repeats the same questions it's absolutely ridiculous you may as well switch to Sprint I know I am

Xfinity is only good for internet not their mobile service. I have mint mobile $180.00 for the whole year. for unlimited talk and text with 5gb of data. They had me switch to theirs $30 mth for unlimited talk and text and 1gb of data. I called and asked why switch when mint mobile gives me more, their answer was for more money to get 2gb more. But the stupid thing is even the person working there was making fun because I have mint mobile. They said mint mobile? They dont even have their own towers! Oh my good ness thats not what I want to hear as xfinity does not own their own towers and the workers should know this. Although the worker did say they have been emailing corporate to change their ways as so many customers show up at this store because of how many lies the people over the phone tell customers. But like I says WiFi is the best phones are not!!
