        We had excellent service, for many years, until recently. They sent a letter suggesting a coverage review. I called twice and left messages. Finally I got a call back. The woman I spoke with said they would review my policy and get back to me the first part of December, since our coverage expires the first part of January. It is now Dec 20 and I have not heard back. I tried calling and just left another message. I told them to call back and let me know if they are too busy to help me. I think I need a new brokerage company.
