Midoli is the best! I needed homeowners insurance for my first house and she was incredible at helping me understand what I need, what things mean, and how we could build the right policy for me. I felt like she was on my side, excited for my purchase, and passionate about helping me. Could not be happier with the experience! Lakewood staff are friendly and eager to sale insurance but when accidents happen your passed off to Allstate specialty agencies outside the state and you are Not in "good hands". Communication is bad, and the next steps are on your own. My 2003 Ranger was hit on August 22, 2021 by a uninsured motorist (his fault) and over 6 months later I still don't have it fixed, Allstate perferred maintenance shop battling with Allstate for repairs. I had to buy car to work. Unknowned to me liability with uninsured motorist will not cover rentals. So many loopholes in their insurance policies, thats why a trustworthy agent is needed to tell you what your getting and what your not getting for your hard earned $$$$, yes its expensive thats why so many people are driving without insurance.
