So nice to have a professional cleaning service, and also nice and friendly. Some communications issues with the initial cleaning quote on the sales side, but they honored their original quote and I feel very comfortable moving forward with my biweekly recurring cleaning.

Absolutely incredible. I had Steph, Susie, Colbs, and Cheyanne at my apartment today and it looks and feels like I just moved in again. So clean and tidy. I will 100% use them again some day, as well as recommend them to all my friends and family. They are also super quick at what they do without forfeiting effort. Thank you all so much for the much needed reset.

This review is specifically for our amazing cleaners we have had lately, especially Cheyanne, Rae'anne, and Brittney. They are also so professional, upbeat, and downright excellent. They are attentive to detail and do a far better job than I ever could. They remember our specifics and are sweet to our pets! They're great people I highly recommend asking for one of them! Also want to shoutout our newest cleaner, Jamyson! She was so friendly, thoughtful, and attentive.

In short- This was the greatest experience of my adult life. Tidy Vibe was affordable and delivered quality above and beyond my imagination. Kacey, Jena, and Allysa- thank you for all you did in my home. If you are on the fence about hiring a service to help you out, take this as your sign to book Tidy Vibe. Their booking system online made it VERY easy to set up. I have bad phone anxiety so doing it all online was a DREAM! Now for longer version- When I suggested hiring some professionals to take a little bit off our plates with cleaning, Ill admit my husband was VERY against it and hesitant. I explained to him to let me try it as a trial run. I largely do all of the management of our own small business, I run all of our social media, payroll, we both work in the restaurant cooking 5 days a week from 4am-4pm, PLUS the two of us are single handedly building our expanded space for our restaurant. He also protested that the house isn't ever that bad and we clean on our days off, which I told him was the issue- I need those days off to recharge and due to how tired I am, I slack on the cleaning quality The job done was incredible. I was so embarrassed at first and anxious, I felt so guilty having someone clean up and have to see my failures at keeping a house. The team from Tidy Vibe eased my mind so much though. My husband and I enjoyed both camping out in our room playing video games and walking out three hours later to a spic and down house. Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you. It felt so good to walk out and realize I don't have to spend my day off cleaning and that I could literally do anything with the rest of my weekend now. I look forward to trying to keep this as a regular part of my life. The weight taken off my shoulders today gave me a part of myself back. The fact that both my husband and I agreed that this was life changing, thats worth it enough.

The Tidy Vibe crew that came out to our house was amazing. They truly went above and beyond! As a new mom, I've been struggling to keep my house up to just surface-level clean. Having Tidy Vibe come has already been so helpful. They were great communicators, showed up on time, and left my house cleaner than I've ever been able to do myself.
