      image AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Brought in my car to replace the transmission. They did just that! My car is up and running and I couldn't be thankful enough!!! They took super good care of my baby!       image tore down transmission then wanted to receive a 1200 to install a gasket and bearing set stating it would take 6 hours to assemble it. NOT TRUTH

      We appreciate your feedback, Michael. We're sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations. We disassembled the manual transmission and inspected all internal parts. At that time the builder provided the parts list needed to repair this transmission. As I stated to you over the phone, this transmission looked good internally and what was found is bad bearings, hard seals and worn gaskets. We recommended a complete master rebuild kit and labor. The labor price included, disassemble, inspection, clean, paint, and rebuild / re assemble. I did find a mistake with the labor quote and corrected it immediately. Along with correcting the mistake, I also provided a copy of the labor times for your vehicle along with an update cost. There is no benefit for us to be dishonest or mislead a customer. We are here to inform, educate and provide all the knowledge available on your pacific vehicle needs. We only use high quality parts, we do not want to use offshore or sub-par replacement parts on any transmission, whether manual or automatic. We stand behind our work, with an outstanding warranty. Our warranty covers parts and labor. That is why we only want to use high quality parts that will last as long or longer than the original parts installed.

      image I had a great experience with this shop. The rear differential needed to be rebuilt, and unfortunately, one of the parts was difficult to locate. Collectively myself and the people in the office were able to locate the part and after 2 months( to no fault of the shops) my rig is back on the road, working great. The mechanic was also great to talk to and answered all my questions and explained in detail what I needed to have done. I will definitely be a repeat customer with my other vehicles. Also, the cost was very fair. Dave
