I had to contact the Bellah adult family home for an employment reference for an applicant at our company. The first time I called them, a man answered and was very inappropriate. I hesitantly called back again, thinking maybe it was a resident the first time. The second time I called the owner answered and was trying to keep me on the phone but was in the middle of a heavy situation, so I decided to hang up and call back another time. The third time I called the man who answered couldnt hear me so he asked me to speak up multiple times. I kept raising the volume of my voice, but he said Im getting frustrated because youre calling me, asking for something, but you dont have the curtesy to speak up. I hung up. I was beyond irritated, because I was speaking very loudly and I refused to scream into the phone in the middle of my office. Im astounded by the unprofessional manor this AFH handles their business.
