The only reason I give 4 stars is because I havent moved in yet (I have seen the place, very fancy). But I just wanted to give the manager Lee a shoutout! Getting our old complex to cooperate was VERY difficult, and Lee did an AMAZING job at getting the job done and we finally were approved. For anyone that is thinking of applying, my experience with this complex has been great so far, highly recommend!!

I applied and was denied due to only at current job 6 months. But have worked my whole life. And Excellent credit score. With long-term jobs. 9.5 yrs and 22 yrs. Wanted a change to both stay active at 60 and work OT as economy is rising. Just sold my condo. And will now be homeless. Apts are hard to come by and this looked safe for me compared to ones I looked at. Discrimination! NO COMPASSION. DON'T RECOMMEND

I've been here close to 8( omg) years n it's perfect for my 2 kiddos. Quiet and friendly neighbors!
