The Pointe At Lake Steilacoom Apartments

I've lived in the Harrison Apartments for a year now and find it to be a comfortable, quite & safe place to live. Tracy the office lady has been great not only with working to get me in but also in making me feel welcomed. She always has a smile and wave even after a year of being here. Thank you Tracy.

I lived in 3 different apartments at different times between 2008-2012. I dont remember the managers name during those years. But at the time the price was good. Location was good and she helped me get into a nice apartment each time. If Im ever in the PNW Lakewood area I will look to live here again. Thanks for the great experiences.

I have lived at this complex for over 2 years now. The bedrooms are bigger then other complexes I had looked at. The complex itself is quiet and I have always felt safe here. I like that there is assigned parking and they have in unit washer/dryer. I had some maintenance issues. They did not fix my kitchen cabinet since I have lived here. The oven keeps rusting, and the bathroom has poor ventilation Also, no one is ever in the office.The rent went up by $50 last year and this year, it is going up by $240. That is not worth it. I will be moving out.

i lived here for a little over a year management is bad they never pick up the phones or call back, theres black mold in the bathrooms, the rent goes up all the time by a lot, all the paint is done super poorly, theres kids always messing with stuff including our property on the patio, never any guest parking and rude people living above. could definitely keep listing more i dont recommend
