My company has used their grease trap service multiple times, and every single time, the technician would not show up for the original appointment, I would reschedule, and then he would be at least 15 minutes late, if not more. Most recently, I called 20 minutes after the technician was supposed to arrive only to find out he had called in sick BEFORE I HAD CALLED. I was told they would call me back to confirm a new date for service. That was over 24 hours ago, and I still havent heard from them. Update (4/10/2024) After calling the company yesterday (they never called me back) and confirming today as the rescheduled day for service, I waited for the technician to be 15 minutes late before calling again to see if he was on his way. Yet again, he had called in sick before I had called. Again, I feel its disrespectful to not call your client to let them know about problems like this, and instead wait for them to call you and figure what is going on. The person who answered my call this morning once again assured me that they would call back with possible dates for a reschedule. I am not bothering to pretend I will ever get that call back.

I called on a Saturday due to septic alert light being on and the receptionist was super helpful. I appreciated the transparency around the cost of visit- no surprises. She mentioned a technician could be available Monday or Tuesday to come assess. I received a call Monday morning that the technician would be coming later that day. Matt was really friendly and helpful providing great suggestions and was very knowledgeable. Overall, excellent experience! Would definitely recommend Evergreen for septic assistance!

Evergreen's service technician who serviced a travel trailer for us was very nice, accommodating and provided excellent customer service while pumping the tanks. Thank you very much and we look forward to continued service from Evergreen.

They came out and accessed the leak in my septic and said that they have a $250 minimum and this job would be around that depending on how bad it was once they dug it up. But since it wasnt leaking anywhere but this one spot it shouldnt be much more than that. They came back a few days later and dug it up and it was just a pipe had come slightly unconnected. He glued it back together and filled the hole back in and said that it would be $1,000. Four times what I was thinking it would be. I even thought that $500 would be more than top dollar. Especially since the problem was just what they though that it would be.
