I like some of their products, but I havent had a very good experience with the staff here. One time I asked for help finding a product and the store was out. Which was fine but then the staff member insisted I buy a couple of different products that I didnt want. I told her I was fine buying the product at Amazon and she scoffed and walked away. It felt rude. I used to go to Sephora and I guess Ill continue shopping at Sephoras or Amazons websites so I can get my goods delivered to my house.

The vendor that helped me with finding things was AMAZING! The ULTA employees however, not good! Not one ULTA employee asked if I needed help. I HAD TO BAG MY OWN PURCHASE! If Im a Diamond member (spend over $1000 last year) and made a $60 purchase, I should not have to bag my own purchase. The employees also werent very friendly. Go to Marysville. Again, the VENDOR was amazing, went out of her way, even helping me with brands she doesnt even represent!

I went there for hair styling and makeup. Both turned out very disappointing. I asked for curls and the final output looked so greasy and weighed down. I felt i was overcharged too. I got much better experiences in other salons for the price. And the makeup was very cakey. I dont think the makeup artist i worked with took time to understand my skin type and picked the right product. Patchy makeup and disappointing output.
