        If I could give ten stars, I would. Came in with battery woes and received the most outstanding customer service I've had in years. Xavier deserves a raise, this guy genuinely loves what he does and was incredibly personable and great to chat with while he changed out my battery. Nothing about my used 08 Elantra has ever been straightforward, and this battery replacement was no exception. Manager Mack got creative with his parts and tools, and managed to turn what seemed like a hopeless situation into a solution. I left pleased, relieved, satisfied, and smiling. (My defective CD player even works again after years of being on the fritz!!) This is one happy customer here, LS Auto Zone will be getting all of my auto supply business here on out. Many, many thanks to Xavier and Mack.

        Mak M is awesome dude! We had engine light warning due to bad battery.He quickly and professionally diagnose the problem and exchanged a brand new more powerful battery for us! Very good service! Thanks Autozone and thank you Mak!
