I was deployed late last year when my wife had a well pump problem and PNW were the only ones to get out to look at and fix it. The wife was very pleased with the immediate call back, next day arrival, professionalism and willingness to explain and show her what was wrong. Fat forward to late yesterday afternoon and our well stops working. We immediately called PNW again and get a prompt response and after some phone tag (my fault) get an appointment for the next morning. Gary showed on time and ready to work. He got the problem diagnosed quickly and presented options. After I decided to go with a brand new tank he got on the removal and install and in a few hours had a job complete I had expected to take far longer. He even hauled away the old tank. No need for us to use another company in the future. Service: Pump repairs & installation

He returned our inquiry call. We told him we needed an estimate. He said he'll come out, fix and give us a bill. We need an estimate first but he said he would go broke if he did estimates for everybody. Of course, we would pay his fee to give an estimate but we need an estimate because we share the septic with a neighbor so it's a shared bill. He started arguing with my husband. It was like he was wired talking fast and was almost pressuring my husband to just allow him to come out, fix and pay WHATEVER the bill was after. Ridiculous. -0- interest in customer relations is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Geez. So very rude and crazy. Don't call this guy. Very crazy.

I just happen to call on a morning when they had a cancellation. They were able to come out that same morning to troubleshoot my well. The came prepared for anything and we're able to replace my pump starter relay and my pressure tank that same day. Quality work and products, I definitely recommend this company.

This company and every employee we met or spoke with were kind, pleasant, professional and went "well" above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. We just moved into our new house, so of course, our well pump went down. In case you've never experienced it for yourself, let me just tell you how debilitating it is to not have running water in your home, especially with young children. I must've called half a dozen places looking for help, before this company came to my rescue. Shad showed up bright and early and went right to work and had a diagnosis by the time Gary showed up, which was just moments later. I watched these guys work their hearts out pulling the well pump out by hand, doing what they could to save time (and essentially, me money) working with the tools they had brought based on my really poor explanation of what was happening (which was something along the lines of, "uhh .. my water doesn't work" ). They were super friendly, I was able to have a nice chat with each of them as they were arriving and leaving. I also appreciated that they offered me two quotes based on what I wanted to have done, because it was such a big job, and were real with me about what to expect if I chose to only fix half of the issue at a time. Normally I wouldn't have been able to just write that check without some forethought and I was thankful that they considered that BEFORE going to work. Overall, I would 100% use them again and recommend their services to anyone who asked. Thank you so much for getting us up and running so quickly!!
