Bad experience saved by Amsy. I ordered a toothbrush online, got to the store and email confirmation said it was out of stock. I went in the store and there were 5 on the shelf. I found an employee to open the case, took it to the register, explained the situation, and was told they couldn't help me without the Target app. I went to customer service and Amsy took over. She was handling both returns and order pickup, had a line, but was calm and pleasant. When it was my turn I told her the situation and she politely explained why the checkout person couldn't help me, then asked for my email receipt, rang it up, and got me out the door in about 3 minutes. I would have never returned to Target if it weren't for Amsy. Hopefully Target realizes what a gem they have and have her train others how to interact with the public.
