        Staff is nice, building is clean and safe. However they suddenly increased the rent on my unit by nearly 40 per cent with no explanation.

        I'm a current renter, I am in the middle of a 1010 unit switch from public storage to here. The managers here at West Coast are wonderful I've been renting a 55 unit since November 2023. I've made a recent upgrade to a 1010 for a couple reasons. 1. The storages prices increase state wide everywhere in March. At Public storage, I pay 161.00 on a 1010. I don't even want to guess how much that's going to be come March 1st. 2. My 55 West Coast unit was about to increase from $47 to $89, ouch. So by upgrading to a 1010 I'll be paying $99. Double the space for $10 more seemed like a no brainer. So naturally I jumped on the opportunity to make the switch from Public storages terrible prices and the worst management I've experienced. So now my only dilemma is moving my belongings from one (PS) to the other (WC) to get peace of mind and much needed financial stability. Otherwise I'm looking at a hefty price for both units.

        Initially satisfied with the rental until I looked at my bill to make my monthly payment and was shocked at the 50% increase . I called and they explained that notice plus email were sent out which I never received letter. The email was in my spam folder. I told him that they should have let me know with another email or a call. He just simply said I'm sorry which is no consilation since I have to find another unit , move everything out in such a short time and most of all the 50% percent rent increase. Unacceptable. I hope everyone reads this and make sure they think twice about this place before making this mistake

        Excellent customer service by Will! Observant and courteous with eagerness to assist with any questions or concerns I had! Top notch service! I highly recommend this branch of storage to anyone. Plus they have 32 security cameras on the property! Superior security and well maintained by this staff.
