Went to Farrelli's tonight not expecting too much other then a few drinks and maybe some ok food, turns out I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was better than to be expected and the staff was awesome. The one small issue we had with our food was corrected immediately by the manager Becca and the interaction with her really made for a great rest of the night. Customer service seems to have fallen by the wayside in today's society, but with the staff and management at Farrelli's it is still number one on their priority list. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Me and my girlfriend got to this pizza place thinking we’re we’re going to have a nice date night. Our waiter took our order within 10 minutes which was nice but he was clearly very stoned. For the next hour we waited for our food which was 2 salads and a medium pizza and watched every other table get served their food fairly quickly and the waiters/waitresses checked on them very often. We didn’t get help once over the hour. Then a waitress came over and asked us if we got such and such pizza(not what we ordered) and we said no and asked about our food and she looked confused but said it will be out soon. Then after a little more time we got our pizza and asked about our two salads and they had to ask us which ones they were. We told them then while we ate our pizza the pizza that they didn’t know which customer ordered came back around to us and we told them again that we didn’t order it but we would like our salads and my girlfriend finally got her salad and when she did we asked yet again about my salad and again they had to ask which salad I got. They went to find my salad but we didn’t have any silverware so my girlfriend couldn’t eat her salad and we asked for some silverware and they came back with silverware but didn’t have my salad so we said that we were going to leave and we left. 1/10 do not recommend
