        Came in to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change. Right away I noticed how kind, knowledgeable, and attentive the staff was. Without going into too many details, I will say that James, Connor, Christopher, and Erin made my day. They turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I cant thank this team enough. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. These guys need a raise!

        I go here for all my oil changes. I recently did an oil and coolant change here. The team that did it was great and consisted of Christopher, Conner, Adrian, Quinton, Edwin and Erin.

        Probably one of the best Jiffy Lubes Ive been to. Everyone was super nice, knew their stuff and got me in and out quickly. I would definitely make the trip to go back.

        I recently visited the Lacey Jiffy Lube location and had a fantastic experience. Kris, one of the staff members, provided exceptional customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that my car was well taken care of. The entire team was efficient, and the service was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this location, especially for Kris's outstanding service.

        They went above and beyond. They were able to find a transmission leak and an oil leak on my vehicle. They showed me and took pictures to help me identify the issues myself. This was all while I was there for an oil change. Very knowledgeable.
