        Ive been going to the supply business for 20 years I went in there today a heavyset man did not identify himself looked at my prescription and flipped it back to me and says we no longer take insurance. You can buy it thats it. I will never go back or will I ever recommend this place of business again?

        Came to visit MyMedSupplies in Lacey WA to have brakes adjusted on a walker. This walker was for a 95 year old, who could not be without it very long at all. The office staff and technician were courteous, prompt and effective. Soooo very helpful!!! Big shout out to all!! Thanks

        The staff has great customer service skills and I love the fact that Amy went above & beyond with helping me get the supplies I needed for my daughter. She made sure she let me know the entire process, answered all of my questions and made sure I got my delivery. Its a plus that the actual item was good quality. Super awesome! Would 10/10 recommend.
