I had an experience here yesterday that had me really unhappy, so I came here and left a bad review. The owner called me earlier today to discuss the situation, and went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and stayed a customer. I honestly didn't expect it, and that kind of personal attention, rather than just writing me off as "a difficult customer" says a lot about a business. I respect it, and by the time we got off the phone it was like a weight was lifted. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone tries to make it right. AM Cleaners is a local business that cares, I'll be back again.

Ive been living in Lacey since 2018 and this just so happens to be the closest cleaners to my house and at the time I needed my work uniforms cleaned and pressed! Fast forward to today and I have literally gone to them for anything from cleaning to alterations (more alterations than cleaning) and they always alter everything so perfectly to my body style. Everyone is always friendly and patient

We've been customers of AM Cleaners for several years now. They are absolutely first-rate in the cleaning and pressing of our clothes, and house-hold goods ie afghans, bedspreads, etc. I highly recommend them!
