        This pharmacy is a hellscape. Rite Aid should be ashamed of how they treat their customers and their staff. They had a few fantastic techs who they proceeded to overwork and abuse and now they cant retain any staff. I will never go here again. They dont even answer the phone. Anyone reading this should immediately switch their prescriptions to a mom and pop pharmacy and support small business instead of these giant heartless monsters. Nobody should be waiting weeks for medication. Edit: I would like to point out that this level of staffing problems and turnover is a SAFETY issue for both customers and rite aid staff. It is unsafe to continue operating in this manner. I have seen customers lash out at staff in frustration, I have seen customers become very agitated. It is also not safe for customers to not have access to medications they need to be well. This pharmacy should stop operations immediately. Its not safe.

        If you are looking for a new pharmacy, keep looking. This location is not being well supported by the company, and it shows in the overworked staff. I have used this location for 15+ years and unfortunately I can see the quality decline and it's time to move on. Rite Aide has had years to address issues, they continue to fail. Errors are not acceptable in prescriptions. ( I'm commenting today because I just got home and found I had another error in my Rx. - wrong number of pills. )

        If I Could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would! The worst pharmacy in Lacey! So stressful, unhelpful and just unorganized! Never go here!

        This might sound petty but I showed up at 9:53 and the door was locked while they were doing whatever they do when closing up and I knocked on the door and one of the lady's told me they were closed and immediately turned her head to completely ignore in case I was going to try and say something. I just wanted my Amazon package and it said I had until 10 to pick it up. Why does Anazon and the Rite Aid website say it closed at 10? It probably even said that on the door also! That's so lame that you couldn't stick around for a couple extra minutes for a potential customer and it's not right at all.
