This is the best office I have ever been to. The staff is so friendly. The owner is amazingly nice & I have never had a better dental experience in my entire life. EVERYONE in that building was spectacular. I am just so impressed 100% :) they did NOT make me feel degraded, less than, or like i should be embarrassed like OTHER offices have. I recommend a thousand percent. You will not regret. -Lynncey Olstad Kissner

I had a referral for Olympic dental and denture Center. Worst mistake of my life. I started my denture treatment in July and it's almost November and I still have no teeth! Today was supposed to be the best day ever for me I was getting my denture finally! They didn't fit my mouth. They fell right out all he told me to do was put glue in them for the next six months until I got my realignment, but these were brand new dentures that should've fit so he told me to go somewhere else after being there for almost 6 months with no teeth, he didn't take the time to ask me if they fit if they felt comfortable They were made so poorly they were made with the most inexpensive material so cheap and they gave me no options but with nothing and hope of a smile using this business is not for it do not go to this company do not use his company. I'm turning them into the dental association to the state insurance. And then malpractice for the way I've been treated do not use this company

My quest for a radiant smile, which began with earnest aspirations, took a disheartening turn at Olympic Dental and Denture in Lacey, WA. My childhood exposure to toxic lead and arsenic poisoning left me with dental issues, making my dreams of a beautiful smile a lifelong pursuit. With great expectations, I turned to this establishment, only to be met with profound disappointment. Nearly six months have passed without teeth, despite the promises that were made. The treatment I received was not only substandard but also profoundly disheartening. Ill-fitting teeth constantly falling out were the least of my concerns. Olympic Dental and Denture overcharged my insurance, leaving me with a sense of injustice. The lack of compassion and their apparent indifference to the significance of a persons smile are nothing short of astounding. Their suggestion to glue the teeth in for six months and return for a fitting was impractical and left me without a viable solution. Whats more, my insurance only covers one set of dentures in a lifetime, and the ones I received felt no better than temporary, plastic substitutes. The dentists apparent apathy and the unprofessionalism of the receptionists compounded my frustration. To add to my ordeal, after undergoing the painful experience of having multiple teeth pulled and my jaw worked on, the prescription for pain relief was abruptly canceled. This journey has been an ordeal, and I find myself at an impasse with nowhere to turn. Its imperative that others are made aware of Olympic Dental and Dentures lack of compassion, excessive charges, and general negligence. I earnestly advise anyone seeking dental care to explore alternatives to avoid the emotional and physical distress Ive endured.

Absolutely such a waste of my time. Lack of important information the receptionist should have told me and I told her specifically over the phone that I wanted to pay cash for my appointment. She jotted it down in my file. I drove two hours to go our family preferred dentist to have her tell me that her notes say that I dont qualify. Thank you so so much . So annoying.
