My daughter loves going here and loves her teachers, there the only people we can hand her to that she doesnt immediately want to get away from. Staff is also super communicative with how shes doing ( IE eating, sleeping, teething, getting along with other children) They were also super flexible when we first started going and had to pull her out for employment reasons and then re-enroll her a few weeks later.

No communication with staff. All over the place staff doesn't know what there doing and very incompetent. The manager herself admitted to having staff to overwhelmed to deal with the children and staff has recently quit due to that. They couldn't handle my son after saying they would and being paid to do do my son was sent home multiple times because or this and they still got paid for the full day. They just recently said they needed him out of daycare until they could wait for a new one on one hire then email me his termination.

This center has been beyond amazing, compassionate and supportive. Erin the infant teacher has over 20 years of experience and so obviously loves what she does. The room is always so calm and she clearly goes above and beyond each day. She knows my daughters schedule and when she is due for everything without looking. She's constantly down on the floor interacting with the babies. After going through 3 different centers with my older son this one is hands down the best. Liz is amazing and is always happy to chat, hear concerns and is very supportive and empathetic. My 11 month old is over the moon when she sees her in the mornings. I really can't recommend this place enough.
