Starbucks

I'd just go to the other Starbucks on Kingham. This location is poorly run. Go on any given morning, people are standing around huffing and puffing because they're so slow. They have a table there for the to go orders where people can just grab your drink to look at it. Thanks lady for putting your hands all over mine. This is just one of the reasons, after 5x in a row in being understanding. To Go orders are 2x as long as normal eta times on the app. I noticed my drink because it was a short espresso cup. I didn't say anything because they were busy and I didn't want to be rude. The To Go order took :30 mins, people who just showed up were getting there's first. I finally said something about it and what cup I thought was mine. The barista got very rude in where my drink would be. I looked at my drink for :10 mins before they moved it to the table. I worked at Starbucks before and I know a bad system when I see one. This is poorly operating store. I don't want to turn into a Karen but I'm proud to be one in this store. To avoid that, I won't go back.

I ordered my latte extra hot and it was perfect. Stayed warm for a long time.

This location is always busy and employees keep up real well. Drinks are great!
