        Service is so much better now that I switched to you guys, should have done it sooner but thought Frontier/Ziply was my only option! I paid them good money for bad/slow service

        We previously had Wave for cable and internet. They were expensive and the service would have outages so years ago we switched internet to Ziply, the only other choice. They recently had frequent outages and calling in to customer support was the worse service ever. Finally had enough with Ziply after several years and went back to Wave Astound. We've had it for 3 weeks and so far so good! Their customer support is excellent. It's very helpful having a local, live person I can call.
