        I trusted Critter Hospital with all of my pet's health and vaccination needs, since the first day. Recently, I was taken aback to learn that despite having a complete record of my pet's health and vaccinations, they were unable to provide a simple health certificate required for my pet to fly to India for a short trip. This certificate is crucial for pet travel and is needed by customs in India. Given their comprehensive understanding of my pet's health history, I was surprised and disappointed by the lack of support on something so essential. I recommend taking your pet elsewhere.

Unfortunately, international health certificates are indeed a lengthy and involved process that requires specific veterinary certifications. This complexity often involves detailed examinations and/or additional vaccinations, dianostics, and treatments that must be documented in a precise manner as per the destination country’s regulations. As such, it is not a service we have the capacity to offer here.
