I brought my dyson in bc the filter light kept coming on and it would make a pulsating sound while vacuuming. Turned out to be a problem with the wand and they fixed it free of charge! Appreciate the customer service, will definitely return!

Great improvement =] but the issue of the Max function of the Vacuum still exists.

Been there 3 times now on different machines, a little small to wait in if busy but service costs are reasonable and fast

Went in on a Friday with our Dyson furbished vacuum that sustained a crack on the body and also stopped working, hoping we could get the body replaced and get it to work again without costing just as much to buy another vacuum. Dustin was extremely helpful and professional. Everything was fixed for a lot less than we expectedboth time and cost. Very happy with the service provided and will come back for any Dyson related issues in the future.

I visited this place to fix my Dyson vacuums dust bin button when they just opened at 10 am. There were already 3 to 5 people waiting ahead of me. It was a bit confusing to know how to check in or submit a repair request and who was first in line because there were no poles to help form the line. Within 10-15 minutes after they opened, there were about 10 to 12 people waiting inside the store. It looked like there were only two workers handling customer service at the front and repairs. Fortunately, my vacuum was fixed in 15-20 minutes.
