        Hmm if you are thinking of coming here for urgent care, think carefully. The facilities are extremely clean, the staff is friendly, but the service, oh the service. I came in because after 2 days of painful swallowing and cough that wasnt getting better, I wanted to get it checked out. It is now 3 days after my urgent care visit, and I still have painful swallowing and cough, but am also sneezing. The visit just didnt seem to do any good. They gave me 3 different tests, then sent me home and told me to look at mychart to find the results. Meanwhile, I havent gotten any better, if anything I feel worse. Theyre probably doing the best they can the nurse practitioner Gupta I saw seemed as though he was trying his best to help but the reality of it is that I could have just saved that copay/insurance claim because didnt see any benefit of going

        We had a great experience at this urgent care center on Thursday Feb 8th. The male medical assistant that helped my dad was great, very kind and helpful. We didnt wait that long before we got to see the provider even though there were other people in front of us with serious injury. We were very impressed that my dad was able to see the provider and get treated right away on Thursday afternoon. Thank you!

        Very reasonable wait time for Urgent Care (any walk in clinic, expect a wait people!) , friendly receptionist and medical staff. Going to the doctor is always a very nerve racking experience for me, medical assistant and doctor were so kind and made me feel at ease. Xray tech was also wonderful. I also love that Evergreen has MyChart so I can see all my visit summaries, results,ect. Evergreen is the only place I will go for Urgent Care.
