Moms caregivers (Janni and Anna) are kind, positive, responsive and thorough. They give Mom confidence in her recovery. I appreciate new managements willingness to add this kind of in-house care, amp up activities and hire a new chef. This goes a long way towards making our family more relaxed about Moms experience. I love living here. There is always something to do for everyone. I like to talk to people, and the people who live and work are always so friendly. You can't beat the location!

The Kirkland location is great. The staff works hard and is very friendly. The food is not great. My suggestion would be to skip the gourmet title and go for good, basic home cooking. The cleaning is a lick and a promise. I have no idea why a man runs that department. The rooms are good but getting hold of maintenance is not easy.Covid response was good. Glad we moved closer to keep an eye on things and supplement the gaps.

Such a great place to work for. I miss all the elderlies here and people I worked with. People here so spoiled with good perks . Thank you Merrill for having for a while
