My fiancé and I were moving to the Seattle area from California, and looking to buy our first home right away. As such, we really wanted a realtor with robust local knowledge and great communication skills. We knew we would have to rely on our realtor's knowledge of the area and certain neighborhoods since we were so new to the area. That's where Tammy and her group come in. We worked primarily with her teammate Kevin Ma while Tammy provided her expertise and oversight on the entire process. Kevin is a local who grew up in Bothell, and as such he was able to provide insight into every neighborhood we looked at. And we looked at SO many neighborhoods. We initially wanted to target the East side of Lake Washington, but with the market being so competitive we ended up seeing houses all over - from Edmonds/Shoreline, to Lynnwood, to Newcastle and Renton, to the Eastside. Through it all Kevin was able to provide knowledge on school districts, YoY growth, nearby eateries, and truly paint a picture for us of what it would be like to live in each locale. In general, Kevin and Tammy helped us so much in our search, and went above and beyond our expectations of what a realtor would do for us. What's more, the Seattle real estate market is extremely competitive, and required almost daily updates and many last-minute house viewings. Speed is of the essence in this market, and they were always quick to book us showings the moment a house came on the market, and to reach out to Listing Agents the moment we saw it and decided we were interested. Both Kevin and Tammy were available to us almost all hours of the day and night, and of course on weekends. They both were also extremely responsive over text and phone. When we finally found what is now our house, it was a situation where we had to move FAST to be the first offer on the table. Kevin didn't hesitate once, and used his negotiating skills to build a relationship with the Listing Agent to ensure that our offer would get accepted. And it worked!! Now we live on the East side (we ended up getting one of our most preferred locations!) in a home that we can't believe is ours. On top of everything I've said above, Kevin and Tammy were not only an amazing realty team for us but they also became friends throughout the process of home-shopping together. Kevin is now my go-to for local restaurant recommendations :) And Tammy is someone we will likely continue to reach out to for advice on all things home-owner! We can't wait to have them over for dinner at our new home, to show off the product of all their hard work on our behalf! We would most definitely like to work with them in the future, and can strongly recommend them to anyone who is house shopping in the Seattle area.

Tammy is objectively the best real estate professional in Washington State- this is not hyperbole. A few of the thoughts that come to mind when I think of my experience working with her over the past few years are subject matter expert, stellar negotiator, savvy business woman and outstanding person. My family moved to Washington State and this was a very challenging move but Tammy made things a little less painful as she worked with us while we were still out of state. We recently became interested in purchasing property in Bellevue, and Tammy was able to help us from the initial search through closing. Throughout the entire process she went above and beyond what one would normally expect, especially despite the difficulties of the pandemic. We live out-of-state, and we're unable to physically see the property.
