Brian was an absolutely wonderful realtor to work with! He truly takes the time to get to know you and we now consider him a friend! When the time came for us to sell the home we loved so much to move out of state, Brian basically handled every single detail involved from telling us how we should prep our home, scheduling our cleaners, window washers, staging, etc, and then just sending us the info, which was a huge weight off our shoulders as we actually had decided to pack up and leave prior to listing it. He also kept in good communication with us the whole time we lived in WA (we bought our house with him too!) and periodically would check in to see how we were doing. He truly cares about his clients and it definitely shows! Our experience was flawless and I would recommend Brian and the Hopper group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in their area!

I worked with Brian in 2021 in the height of market craze where buying a house in Kirkland was near impossible. Brian is very well connected in this market. He never hesitated to go out of his way for us to do whatever was necessary to win. He was also very straight forward in steering us away from choices that weren't right for us. He was always upbeat and always strategic in his approach to the deal. That was important because buyers could start feeling anxious and irrational after losing out on bids in a sellers market and make some hasty and regrettable choices. I ended up buying a great house in a great location that really improved our lifestyle, paying what was just enough to beat out other offers. Not only did I work with Brian again, I've also introduced him to my friends who have had similar successes.
