We went to my appointment (which we booked one month ago) and the office staff told us our insurance was not excepted. That was weird as we did confirm our insurance is covered when we booked the appointment. We told the office staff to call the insurance just to check and the office staff refused! Saying no time to call. Which is really weird! We ended up calling our insurance and after long wait the insurance told us WE ARE COVERED! So we told that to the office staff but they said its too late now and we cant fit you in anytime soon. Even after we told them that we are traveling in two weeks and this is a breathing problem and been waiting to see the doctor close to a month. That did change anything and told us you can talk to the office manager if you like. The office staff didnt even show any compassion! We Are Never Coming Here Again!

Service from the doctor was fine.  Just be aware of their billing system.  We have been clients of Evergreen Health (formerly Lakeshore Clinic) for over 20 years.  Both companies have the exact same name.  I got a bill from Evergreen Health and paid it (3 times to be exact), but it was from Pulmonary.  I didn't look at the address, I just looked at the name and paid the invoice.  Then they sent me to collection.  I have all the paperwork that I paid the invoice three times and they would do nothing for me or have any compassion that it was just an oversight not looking at the address.  I don't know why two separate companies in the same area have the exact same name.  Just be careful!!!
