Bryan Brzeg works magic with numbers. When we were exploring other options, we ran into some barriers that blocked our way. But then we met Bryan and he was able to successfully get us on track to purchasing our dream home. He worked very hard behind the scenes to keep the deal moving and we are convinced that he was an irreplaceable part of our home-buying journey. If Bryan cant do it, then no one can.

When two other lenders get scared by temporarily being unable to sell my mortgage to Freddie Mac, Bryan swooped into save the day. My initial lender (of higher learning) took 3 weeks to discover the issue and then denied the loan. This left me with 15 days to figure something out. Bryan and his team closed in 12 days. Id recommend to anybody, truly a great experience especially compared to the other two lenders.
