        Terrible place, the only thing they deserve is 0 stars. Came here once, waited over an hour to be seen by the doctor ( no one even checked in on us ) then the visit was so short and all doctor did was look at the baby for 1 min and the rest was all postpartum questions for mom ( which had absolutely nothing to do with him or the visit ) Second visit here, we waited 40 min in the waiting room, then another 15 min in the room with our naked crying baby cuz they told us to undress him. And to top it off we ended up having a completely diff doctor see us without any warning. The doctor didnt even wash his hands prior to examining our kiddo. SMH so disappointed in this place.

        I have been with my children at the clinic for 1 year and we loved it from the reception to the treatment that the pediatricians and nurses give to me and my children. They are very easy to communicate with and super quick when I need an emergency appointment. I am so grateful to have this pediatric clinic in my Kirkland community

        took my son here twice. once when he was 6 months and couple of days ago at 13 months. both times I had to wait well over 1 hour to see a dr. which I ended up leaving the clinic without even seeing the dr. as i had a crying baby and had to pickup my daughter from school. very unprofessional. very unorganized. I had to explain to them over and over why my son needs to see a dr. I do not recommend this place at all.

        We have visited the clinic for a regular checkup for my daughter and the doctor Basma Raees has been very patient and explained us in detail for all the concerns we had and front desk was helpful as well.Thankyou so much!

      Yana, we are very sorry about the long wait time you had to experience at our office. I would like to get more details about ur visit to help improve patient care experience for newborns and moms. Our clinic is newborn centered and we always take care of the moms and their questions. My staff will be reaching out to you to get more feedback. Please know that staff uses hand sanitisers both coming in and leaving the room and therefore actual hand washing with water is rare. Our staff is sometimes handling sick patients or transferring them to ER which can take up some time, but it is very rare as we are well staffed and work in a very coordinated way. Apologies again for not meeting your expectations. I wish you and you family well.

      Very sorry Ziba, we understand that sometimes the wait can get difficult to bear with especially with a young child. Please do consider that there might be other sick children in the clinic that might be taking up the doctors and nurses time, but that is very rare at our office, since we are well staffed and always on time. We did reach out to your husband to explain and schedule another appointment for your child. I hope you find a good care team and wish you and you child best of health.
