My grandma has an internal hernia and has tried calling this clinic for a week trying to get help. Shame on all of you for not even listening to the voice-mail for callbacks. There is zero excuse for this. We are taking her to a new clinic

Been on hold for an hour plus. No answer. Just trying to schedule a new patient appointment. Get a different referral....... These people are worthless.

Took my 92 yr old mother here for an evaluation with DR Opitaki. Absolutely the best experience. I have worked in the medical field for most of my adult life and this group gives the patient and family dignity, compassion, and respect which we all deserve from our providers. This type of care should be the norm and not the exception. Unfortunately, it is not the norm, and that is why I don't work in the field that fueled my passion. Great work to the whole team.

My wife sees Dr Pefanco at this Evergreen Health Geriatric Clinic. My wife and I believe she is getting very good health care here. The doctor is a woman who listens intently and gives excellent advice and care. We are so glad that we decided to leave our previous small clinic and come to Evergreen Health and it's large staff of specialty doctors.
