Vera Whole Health - Totem Lake

This place is terrible! Not only did they misdiagnosed my Hearnea, (told me that I had a hip impingement) and sent me to a physical therapist instead of a surgeon. They were way more concerned about weather the injury occurred on the job, then they were with helping me. Would not give me any to help with the pain, said I would only hurt myself if I received pain medicine. Cost me valuable time and money. And caused me true grief and pain. I totally regret turning to them for help!!!! Hope nobody else makes the same mistake..... Warning!! Do not go there, unless you want to be discarded and treated awfully. Screw this Place!!!!!!

I also had a recurring intestinal issue and they treated me like an adult and didn't make me come in repeatedly for the prescriptions needed to treat. This was ongoing for months before I finally had surgery to fix permanently, and I was very thankful that I didn't have to come in for a visit 10x. On another occasion I needed an appt for a migraine and there wasn't a doctor available. They were trying to set up an appt for the following day and a doctor who had a cancellation happened to be walking by the receptionist, heard my problem and took the call, took care of me right on the spot.Can't say enough good about Vera.

I would give a minus because that's how much care they show you. They leave you hanging and the staff is uneducated. Go elsewhere if you need medical help! I'm70 and have never been treated so badly by medical people.
