I agree with the other reviews talking about lack of consistency. There was a recent change in Spanish teacher, to a teacher who does not engage the children at all and has moments of silence where she provides no content. I addressed the concern with the owner and she provided me with "alternatives" of joining a different language class or driving all the way to South Seattle and refused to refund me the remainder of the sessions tuition even though I had specifically asked not to be charged as we did not want to continue the class.

Probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. We tried a French children's class but the whole thing gave off weird vibes. The instructor clearly didn't know how to engage with children. It was neither fun, nor engaging. You could really tell that the instructor didn't want to be there. Also, their customer experience team is terrible. If you ask for help -even if you made a sincere mistake -expect to be treated rudely and to be insulted.

Teacher Arlette is wonderful. Shes very gentle with children and truly cares for them. She knows when children need a little more time to understand a second or third language. She highly encourages parents to stay accountable by giving homework to complete throughout the week and always asks what challenges we and our children are facing in order to help the progress.
