Dr. Hans is great. I've been a patient for about a year and found her to be wonderful. She takes her time, listens, explains things clearly, and genuinely cares. Her follow-up was great and she also offers patients the option of having video appointments when they do not need to come to the office in person. She called me directly the same day when I had a question after the appointment, and responds quickly to questions sent through MyChart. Overall, the Evergreen Diabetes and Endocrinology office is very busy and all of the doctors are in high-demand so appointments book out several weeks to months in advance, however, the front staff is friendly, helpful, and very accommodating in working urgent cases into the schedule quickly when needed.

Dr. Hans is a lovely person and provider. She listened to me intently, was gentle with advice and information, and gave me lots of options to look over and think about. I highly recommend her.

I wasn't happy with my experience. They canceled my prescription and never told me that I have to see a dietitian to keep it going. Update on your reply: Your employee said she will call me, then she never did. I am not supposed to chase you to get my satisfaction! that's your job! You will keep losing business if you stay like this. People, find somewhere else, you won't be happy here, period.

Horrible communication and bedside manner. Poor listener and was always in a rush. Ive had many doctors over the years and she was one of the worst. When she made a mistake she acted like it was my fault! Changing doctors
