I dint even came there . I just call Alexa and explain about the car insurance my issue for . They didnt hesitate to help me just a minute the fix my insurance that I need for. Thank you your fantastic!!!

I came to this Alexa's Allstate store through a friend who worked there for a brief time, but I've appreciated the ease of working with Alexa and her team. While I don't currently have many products (one term life plan, one auto insurance account) with this agency, I foresee adding more over time.

I have been a customer w/Allstate, specifically the McGuire's, for a very long time, just over 30 years if I recall correctly? Being a small business owner myself, it is great to see the McGuire Insurance Agency continue on to the next generation. What makes it even better is that I still receive the same level of service, if not better and that is pretty remarkable in this day and age. Each interaction with Alexa and her staff has been great, they have always answered my questions and taken care of my insurance needs. In an age where customer service seems to be lackluster, Alexa and her staff have made it a priority to shine.

Do not ever attempt to get a quote from them. They will harass you with calls and e-mails non stop.

Alexa is wonderful. She listened to my concerns and needs and then worked to give me the best insurance for me! I've been very happy with both my car and my renters insurance with ALLSTATE!
