I can't say enough kind things about Ken. We were days away (don't wait this long) from losing our insurance and overwhelmed by the number of available family plans in WA Health Plan Finder when I first reached out to Ken. He picked up right away, then stopped everything he was doing to listen deeply about the complexities of our situation and what we were looking for in a provider. He was able to narrow down our choices to a much more manageable amount, make recommendations, then walk us through the next steps.
