        Waited in line and was confused to see folks go to the pump, get of their car, walk away, come back, and then promptly drive away. I saw this happen over the span of 10 minutes - when it was my turn to pull in, a note was taped to the pump saying, "pay inside at kiosk with card" - go to kiosk and there is a paper sign that says "will reopen soon". It's 2:15pm on a Thursday. They really don't want anyone's money. This gas station has more issues with actually running functionally than not - I drive frequently all across Western WA from Portland to Bellingham; I have never seen as a gas station as defunct as the Kingsgate Safeway one. It's only worth going here late at night, otherwise just go to another Safeway/Fred Meyer/Costco.

        Seems like every time I visit the pumps are closed! 8:30pm Sat and all the pumps say "turned off see attendant" joke of a store, and keep in mind this pump station had a shooting awhile ago. Juanita station has same prices. Thumbs way down!
