I have had a great experience with doctor Reddy. Her diagnosis was spot on, she has been great at monitoring and treatment. She is very knowledgeable, listens carefully, provides clear explanation and direction during visits.

She is irresponsible and ignorant. She ordered wrong blood tests for me then she did not even apologize for it but her office called and asked me to do the test one more time. Since I have been a patient there for a year for hypothyroidism so I repeatedly do the same thyroid blood tests every 2 months sometimes longer or shorter but I don't understand why she ordered it wrong. In case that is not her fault it is the lab's fault it is also under her responsibility since the lab works under doctor's order. Moreover, I got pregnant so I sent a message saying that I am pregnant because I was taking Methimazole which is harmful for fetus development. She recommended to change the medication and drink that for my first trimester but she did not send the prescription to the pharmacy. From 11/21 until 11/28 I texted and called her office but I haven't had any answers from her for my prescription. I am posting this on my main email and under my real name-Anh Van. Everything I am telling here is truth, I take my responsibility for all the things I say and do.
