Houghton 1 Hour Cleaners

This service provider ruined my brand new dress. They didnt properly clean 4 of the 7 items I left with them and then gave me attitude and acted like I was lying when I asked them to reclean the items. I came back to pick up the clothes and they acted like they did me a favor by not charging me. One of the new dresses was totally ruined and the man yelled at me saying he would not refund the money for the cleaning of the dress. I paid over $200 for the dress and Ill never be able to wear it again. Ive never been treated so poorly. I will never return here.

I got my dress altered for a wedding and I came here thinking it would be cheaper. They ended up charging me more than the value of my dress for only shortening it 1" of the bottom!!! $130 for shortening a dress is way too much and I asked before requesting their service how much it would be they just told me that the price varies. You are better off at Nordstrom or some other alteration business. At Nordstrom I was going to get charged 70 bucks. Service: Alterations

I have used this location for alterations a half a dozen times and with success.  Usually about $50 for a dress hem. Today my daughters went to pick up altered bridesmaid dresses (hem up and straps let out)  and they were charged triple what we've paid in the past.  $$120  for one and $$200 for the other!!!WARNING: Get your estimate before the alteration.  Lesson learned.
